My Burbank was shifting a little hard, and the rpms came close to the red and then the entire vehicle shut down. Nothing is leaking and the battery is fine but it will not start. It makes one click. It is also making a weird clicking sound when the keys are not in the ignition, like a relay or something. Help please

Actually, I have NO idea what's wrong, but...

I'd go though all Negative/Ground connections,
(Battery-Frame/Engine-Frame/any others you can find)
Take apart, scrub with Wire Brush, tighten back well.

Clean both Battery terminals, and check that you have at least 12.4 Volts available before you reconnect Battery. If not charge Battery then reconnect.

Just throwing this out there: based on the description of the event, maybe the rev limiter needs to be reset or something. It sounds like it happened when you redlined.
