1989 Corvette Open Headers?

I would like to run open headers on my 1989 corvette and I want to know if I will have any problems. I would also like to know what things would I need to fix these problems if they exist such as new headers, etc.

Specs: 350 TPI, 6-speed manual, all stock.

tony is pretty much correct.. you'll gain a bit of horsepower but lose quite a bit of torque because no back pressure.. if you just want to sound loud.. installe a set of electric cut outs.. with the flip of a switch you can sound a lot louder..
