I put a 350/350 from the dealership and a aftermarket transmission in my car. The car won't pass emission. I have a catalytic converter on it. A guy told me that it was because it didn't have all of the original emissions equipment on it. Another person told me that i could put a small carburetor on it and adjust it until it passes. I have a Holley Avenger on it. I put an Edelbrock on it to go through emissions. I need some help here. I am in Washington D.C
