1978 CHEVY NOVA should I get it or no?

I am a college student and I am into muscle cars. And I was looking and I found a 1978 chevy nova for 1200 and I was wondering if that was a good deal or should I keep looking??? And also want to know on ur opinion on how you think a chevy nova looks is it a nice or ugly car pls be honest tks

I have a 1971 Chevy Nova and it's a very nice car, but it's a whole different style from a 78. I Actually like the style of a 78 even more though. If it looks good and runs good, $1200 isn't bad. If you like the car. buy it.

Just remember that car is 32 years old and it will require money to keep it going. A 78 isn't actually a muscle car. Being a student and probably on limited budget I would pass on it if I was you.

smog is evil do not do it!
i have a 85 c10 it has no horsepower and i cant even find smog parts for it anymore
78 has worse smog crap than my 85, really not worth it

I prefer the 68-73 models myself but that's mainly because I have a 1970 Nova. Ultimately the decision is up to you. If you like it go ahead and get it if you don't pass it up. Be sure to thoroughly inspect it before handing over your cash though. Don't want to be buying a poor vehicle especially on a college budget!
