1977 Corvette Turn-Signal problem.?

I need to get my car registered in Germany and they are sticklers for EVERY LITTLE THING being in operating order. Currently my Turn-signals are the big issue for me. They come on, but they do not blink. I also have noticed that some of the lights are out. I have replaced the blinker relay, and one of the lights, but nothing seems to work. Is there any one who can give me a hint?

If there is a burnt out bulb the blinker will not blink. Replace all the blown bulbs and the blinker will work.

Sounds like a bad ground. The wiring is a little different in a Corvette because there is so much fiberglass.

Use a volt meter and start checking the wiring. Look at the wires where there are lights out first. Check the hot leads first to make sure power is getting to the socket. Then use the ohm meter portion of the meter to check continuity to the ground.
