I just spent 4 hours messing with the quarter roller one one side. I save 3 1/2 hours do it this way. I removed door panel. Removed window crank regulator.Grind off lower roller. It will fall thru glass. Heat new roller with torch and remove stud dont pry or it will break. Use a longer bolt to replace it. It helps to glue the replacement washers together. Install glass and roller onto the track. Place bolt thru washers and glass. Done...There is no other web info on this. I found by trial and error..Dave@choppershox.com email me if need more info..
