08 Suburban AC Clutch Relay

For some reason, when I hook the battery up my AC clutch relay energizes. Key not even in the ignition. I unhooked the AC compressor and the relay still activates. Any ideas?

It is in the engine compartment box. Figured this out when the battery was dead after sitting overnight. Had the engine replaced and the problem showed up. I've checked all of the grounds I believe.
