01 Suburban E brake Problem

I have a 2001 Suburban LT 4X4 1500 Drives fine but when I brake it kinda shimmys not all the time but sometimes got rear brake pads changed and front brake pads are new also. Another thing when I press the parking brake when in park the brake light flashes have look everywhere nobody knows why I even called Chevy and they say that is normal But I know better any info would be helpful thanks.

You may need the front rotors cut or replaced to cure the shimmy but first make sure you have no worn out tire rod ends or other steering related parts including wheel bearings. If you read page 2-28, the flashing light is normal.
