Tires squeal and truck pulls hard

Hello,
I recently acquired a 06 Z66 Avalanche.
When driving through some rolling hills at 55mph there was an issue.
When you compress the suspension in the valley between the hills there is a tire squealing sound and it pulls hard to the right.
It doesn't do this under braking.
It has a lift and 20" wheels. The tires dont appear to be rubbing anywhere.
Thoughts?

Your ears aren't deceiving you, it's rubbing somewhere and a thorough hands on inspection is required.
