Rough ride

I have a 2019 Silverado High Country with adjustable ride control. It's currently set to normal but the ride is rough. I had a loaner while the fuel pump module was being replaced and the ride was smooth. Much better than the High Country and the loaner was a Custom. I have 74,000mi on the High Country, do I need new shocks already? How much are the ones that allow the adjustable ride stuff?

Did you check your cold tire pressure and compare it to do door sticker?

Yes. 36psi

My TPM comes on then and says low tire pressure.

Unless you see fluid leaking from the shocks, they should be good, provided you have no codes.
