2003 Silverado 1500 HD Drivers side blows cold air through vents, passenger side blows hot air through vents

I have a 2003 Silverado 1500 HD. Air blows cold through the driver side air vents but blows hot air through the passenger side air vents. Air is not blowing hard out of the passenger side vents. I replaced the blend door actuator that is located below the dash (not the one by the accelerator) and the same problem exists even after re-calibrating. Will replacing the actuator to the left of the air bags fix the problem(s)? Could it be another issue?

You need a scan tool capable of checking climate control issues otherwise it's just guessing.
