Malibu 2021 - Need Block Heater cord location

I have already looked at mike1122's post about locating the cord, however, he was unable to post any pictures. He posted the following:
Open hood

Look directly under the top of the rad support on either side of the hood latch, You will see some rubber flaps or slits.They are very small and difficult to see.

The block heater cord is coiled up on the passenger side close to the top of the fender.

Uncoil it.

Unfortunately, I am still having much trouble without a visual. I tried locating the cord myself and even had a mechanic guy come over. He told me that he has never seen such a setup. I hope somebody can help me out. Thanks.

Are you saying you cannt find the cord or you cannt find the spot to feed it through to the grill?
 
I cannot find the cord itself.
So why do you think the car came with a block heater to start with? Does it show on the Service Parts Identification Label found either in glove box or trunk area? It would start K0 with a third number.
