1993 Silverado K1500 wheels position

Good morning!
I am writing from Italy and I would like to ask for a piece of information. The passenger wheel of my 1993 K1500 Silverado 6.2L Diesel is 4cm (about 1.57 inches) behind the other one. Is this an usual condition?

You have 2 wheels in front and 4 in the back?
