I hope someone here can help. I have a 2012 Silverado 3500 4x4 6 liter.
I pulled fuse 52 and 53 because my obd2 port was not working. Truck was running.
I replaced them. I got back in the truck to find all gages, dash lights and info center was no longer functioning.
But the obd2 port is now working.
Is there some way to reset?
Thanks

Have you tried removing the fuses with engine off and reinstalling?

Yes I tried that right away.
Funny it's only affecting the lights of the guage area.
Radio fan /heater controls etc all light up.
I'm going to try disconnecting the battery for a bit.
Found something on line , cycling headlights and key on and off might reprogram
-35°C here in yellowknife, fixing anything is not nice.

Did you check if they are on a different fuse that blew? Fuse 46. Passenger compartment fuse 7.

I didn't check all the fuses but I haven't found any fuse designated for just instrument cluster and message center.
All I did was pull the 2 fusees out confirmed that they were good and put them back in.
Odd that the obd2 port started working and the gages stopped.
Replaced both fuses after, even though the original ones appear to be good.

Bought the truck used, never came with one but there is plenty on line.
I haven't found anything designated to instrument cluster or dash lights.
Seems odd.

That's 46, could you have knocked it out of the box? Go to chevrolet.com, click on support, click on download owners manual

Thanks I'll try that.
I have the cover for the box in front of me.
46 had no fuse at all but everything worked fine.
I've put one in 46 now, but still nothing.

Does the cover have fuse usage printed on it?
