Daughter and son-in-law in central Montana bought a 2019 Tahoe. Recently, in cold weather, it won't start. Starts fine with jump. They replaced battery. Same problem. They took it to dealer suspecting a phantom battery drain. Dealer checked everything and found no problems. Still does it. So now, in cold weather, they put a float charger on it at night so it will start fine in the morning. Rest of day it's OK. My question here is: is this kind of thing a common problem with this model year? Or do they just have an isolated trouble with something draining the battery just enough to cause start circuit to shut down. They've turned off everything they can think of manually. I just read that this model has software that shuts down extra functions after vehicle is idle for a little while. So..........software problem? Any tips appreciated, Dennis

Did they leave it overnight so that the dealer could experience the problem first hand?
