2001 weatherstripping

I'd like to replace the weatherstripping for the trunk area for my Suburban. I have cargo doors and for the life of me can't find what I'm looking for. Ideas? Obviously if I knew the part number I'd probably be able to cross-reference it. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Interesting...shows up when searching but doesn't indicate the year is covered in the details. Am I to assume this weatherstripping isn't molded for the exact fit and just a roll of the proper material to mount and cut to fit instead? I'm ok with that if it has a groove to affix it appropriately. Is this simply just attached in the groove or are there any chemicals/adhesives which should be used to keep it in place? Not sure if this was done from the factory or not.

Can't give you the details. All I did was Google "Suburban rear door weatherstrip ". This is one of a few hits.
