I have a 1998 Silverado 5.0 rwd, throws a code p0303 cylinder 3 misfire only under a load and up hill last time a smell of rotten eggs . I have changed dist, crank sensor , dist cap , rotor , plugs and wires , has 150 lb compression and 58 to 60 lb fuel pressure. Timing is at 0, Changed catalytic converter, Sprayed around intake and no leaks , had tranny checked for shudder , not sure what else to check. Clear codes and drive another 800 miles only up hill and pulling a load it does this any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You changed the distributor but then list cap and rotor separate?
You mention nothing concerning the coil?
How about EGR?

Yes I’m sorry I changed the whole distributor with module and coil as well , but haven’t looked at egr.
