2011 Malibu starts and shuts off immediately

I have a lot going on with this Malibu. 185000 miles and has been good. Recently gas mileage is down about 4-5 mpg. Very sluggish, about 3000 rpms to keep it at Highway speed. Then it started to stall. It went to the shop, they changed the MAF and it ran a little better, but within a week, went right back to the same thing and now won’t start. It will start, but shuts off immediately. I have thought of a couple things. ECM or throttle body? How would I be able to know which one it might be? The check engine light is not on. There were no codes that came up when it was in the shop.
