If not, see a Chevy dealership.
Have no idea what you mean by "pip5653k"?

took to dealership and paper they gave me was PIP5653K for the noise states cause is under futher investigation by engineering but what is that just need fixed while under warranty

PIP5653K is a technical service bulletin which advises the dealer on how to correct a problem.
There appears to be an earlier version that explains how to correct the problem. Ask the dealer why they didn't follow this technical service bulletin.

I have a 2015 K2500 and I diagnosed mine with the same problem at 89000 miles. To the dealership as soon as time permits because I'm sure that they will keep it for at least a week.
