2010 Suburban Whistle/Boiling Kettle Noise Engine Area

Hi, I noticed an intermittent whistling/boiling kettle noise from the engine compartment. This usually happens after a few minutes of driving and is mostly initiated by pressing on the gas pedal. The noise also happens when I rev the vehicle.

I've tried spraying the belts with water - it doesn't help the issue

I tried listening to the alternator pulley with a long screwdriver - no issues

I had the serpentine belt, tensioner, and idler pulley replaced a year back
