Does anyone make a 1984 Z28 fuel sending unit non fuel injected

25003095 appears to be discontinued and not available aftermarket.
Have you tried finding a rebuilder?

Tanks for your info I found lots of those was trying to find an original, Ended up cleaning off mine fixing the contacts of the sending unit and replacing in the vehicle works just fine

Well that is great news. On newer cars there was an issue with deposits on the sender contacts and one solution was running a couple of tankfulls with Techron 2 added .
