2014 silverado 4x4 help please

bought my truck last year in jan and since then i have had 22 visits to the dealership and keep telling me nothing is wrong the problems are from the lights not working properly from the dash and headlamps. I have had new a arms put the company selman of orange have been nothing but headaces make me wait for hours on and just to tell me that theres nothing they can do or if i am waiting for a rental i have waited for 3 hours and then for them to say come back next week we dont have a truck availible my wife and I cant take this bs anymore. I have made complaint to gm and nothing. now this month i took it in for a New started and my steering weell shake dramaticle after 35mph i dont feel safe in the truck no more all my dam plans to go huniting out of state got canceled due to the truck and its problems. on april 8 i went in for the started and they have had my truck since. I have video recording of some of the stuff it does I am almost giving up this is not fair how they dont seem to care about someone vehicle just the dam check they get after the truck leaves the lot. if there were issues about this i should have been informed this is not right. I have more in detail but dont wont to ramble can someone help.

How did you contact GM, did you call the number in the owners manual?
