what is the part price and labor price and if possible the part number that was replaced? Dealers in my area are typically at $100/hour for labor. I just looked up the price at www.gmpartdirect.com for a 2007 cobalt fuel filter list price is $70. Next time find a cheaper hourly rate and buy the part from gmpartsdirect or aftermarket.

Hey Zora, thanks, man. The part was $71 and labor was like $30 something. But I'm sure the dealer ordered those parts at a wholesale price, which was $40. Wish I had the know-how to do it myself.

Wow! Autozone shows a fuel filter for $22.00. You got the shaft.
