my 2000 chevy silverado has a rough shake at about 1500 RPM's?

i changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires. i have been working on changing the coils but i don't know which of the eight is bad. and i can't really get a hold of ohm meter. what to do???

I say check the O2 senors. Unplug them all and see if it runs better. If so u kno they are to blame
