I got into a wreck caused by someone without insurance, I live in michigan which is a no fault law. so only way I could recoup is if I took them to small claims court but they still might not show up and I'm out more money. I didnt have full coverage because im going to school full time and can afford to pay that much. I havent been able to get it inspected to find out all the damage or to know how much it would cost to repair it, all I know is that it needs a new raidator and body work other than that Im not sure.
its a 2006 chevy HHR LT with 105,000 miles and I'm looking for advice on getting the most money out of it, should I sell it? if so what is a good asking price?
