I would like to trade in my 02 Chevy Avalanche for a Ford Explorer. I still owe quite a bit for my truck and am wanting to find out if there are any areas around Fort Lee, Virginia that would pay off my current loan and start me off from Fresh on a loan for the Explorer..I want my monthly payments to be less then what i am paying now (483.91) with a 16.99% APR due to a not so good credit score....want advice on where to look and if i could get a better deal on this
