Will a 4l60e from a 1999 chevy silverado fit into a 2001 chevy silverado?

I just really need to know. I can get a GREAT deal on this 1999 chevy silverado transmission if I dont wait, i just need to know if it'll fit into my truck

Sorry, forgot to add. The 2001 does have a 4L60e in it aswell. I just dont know if there the same. Because I know theres a few different models of the 4L60e
