well i had a problem like that but in an older car..If you look at the battery there might be a few wires from positive terminal going elsewhere into the car and on mine the wire cracked for some reason and wasn't turning on the fuel pump so it would crank but not start. Maybe it might be a fuel pump issue and start with simple things as a wire to the fuel pump. But if nothing else it might be the fuel pump which might be the last resort. Hopes this helps any.
