why wont the passenger door lock on my corvette?

neither the key fobs or both arm rest door unlock buttons work.
there is no noise, like the solenoid is not activating and the fuses are good
i also can manually lock the door and the door will lock with the fob and door/armrest lock buttons
excuse me, I cannot "unlock' the door electronically.
