Whine at idle/increases with rpms

I just got a 2002 chevy suburban with 125k miles and when I do a cold start whines a lot at idle. Once it is warm the whine calms down but once I accelerate the whine increases with the rpms. Anyone know what the problem is?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

By the way I recently replaced my serpentine belt.

Well whenever I turn the steering wheel the whine goes louder but do you think the problem is also the idler pulley because on cold starts it will chirp.
