Which Truck is better: 07/08 Ford F150 FX4 or 07/08 Chevy Silverado 1500?

I am looking to purchase a truck really soon but I can't decide which one I should pick. What are some pros and cons on the 2 trucks? Can anyone give me a unbiased opinion on these trucks?
Both of them are 4 door
 
the chevy is the better of the two. but the dodge is actually a better truck.
 
The Chevrolet is the best choice of the two. For hauling, horsepower, tow, interior room and body styling. Chevrolet also has a better resale value.
 
Both are good trucks.

Ford fans will tell you to pick the Ford. Chevy fans will tell you to pick the Chevy.

If the Ford was really superior to the Chevy, every one would buy the Ford and no one would buy the Chevy. Last time I looked, Chevy was still selling lots of trucks. If the Chevy was really superior to the Ford, everyone would buy the Chevy and no one would buy the Ford. Again, Ford sells lots of trucks.

Ford claims to be the best selling truck. However this fails to account that the Chevrolet and GMC trucks are nearly identical and built from the same parts on the same assembly lines. If you combine the Chevrolet and GMC sales the General Motors trucks outsell the Ford. It's all a numbers game.

Pick the one that you like best, not the one that a stranger on the Internet selects for you.
