Which Truck is better: 07/08 Ford F150 FX4 or 07/08 Chevy Silverado 1500?

I am getting ready to buy a truck but I am not sure what kind to get? What are the pros and cons of these trucks?

both great but i prefer fords
i make my judgement out of 40 yrs of driving and working on them
myself ive had better luck with fords
and truth is they are number one for a reason

you can do a short test drive thru in shops parking lot

have a look at whats model types waiting to be worked on and you wil not see many fords
