Corvette? mv2, mx2, mv4, or another? I crawled under the car with a flash light but can't see the numbers on the side. I did see the plug for the lockup converter and it has 2 wires .... looks like 2 brown and one green.

I am trying to wire the lockup converter and trace the wires etc... Anyone have a schematic of how to hook up the lockup torque converter just using the brake? Also can I bypass the low and high vacuum switches if it has those? I no longer have the computer control.

I really need to know what the RPO number is so I can see for sure which transmission it is. All of the 1981 models should have the same RPO number shouldn't they ... or would there be 2 different RPO numbers based on California emissions?

According to my engine block number on the front pad the last 3 numbers are ZDD which indicates it wasn't California emissions. Also there were supposedly 4 types of those blocks made...
automatic without California emissions
automatic with California emissions
manual without California emissions
manual California emissions

Mine is the automatic without California emissions (numbers on block is ZDD). Maybe that will help.

Any clue what the transmission RPO number is and how the wiring hooks up?
I think there was also a MX3
