It is at the lowest point on the bottom of the motor so it will all drain out..so crawl under there and find the part of the bottom of the engine that is closest to the ground...then scrape off some of the gunk with your fingers and you will feel the bolt head that you have to turn to the left counterclockwise.

look for the vector alternator its exactly perpindular to its northeast quadrant closest to the r745 model vental and once you get there you take a right then a right and a left for 20 paces untill you arive at the hotel where you can get a "happy ending" and then get somewhere close to the oil drain the following day if you drive straight through the desert because its bat country and you cant stop there but after making it through there that is where you must toss the ring into the volcano and find the oil drain plug upon liberating the hobbits from the evil sauron.
