I am looking at getting a performance chip for my car. I want one that plugs right into the OBD II port. I just want to know what I'm doing before i spend a couple hundred dollars. So please tell me a good brand of good chips, also where is the OBD II diagnostic port in my 2009 chevy cobalt LS?
