I do custom interiors for myself. It's hard to just go out and purchase a custom interior. Spend some time wondering how you'd like it to turn out. Then head to walmart or a local fabric store and 'browse' through some fabrics, leathers, felts. After you've decided what would suit your needs, measure areas for each fabric color, buy it, and spray adhesive to install it. Seats can be changed for a better feel or look. Color won't matter because you can change colors or add seat covers.
Some vinyl/fabric paint will be helpful for those trim pieces and etc.
Consoles can be bought on ebay. Search through the pics til you find your taste.
Stripes can be added to your interior or even flames, so-on and so-on. Picture it, then picture it happening. Take your time.
