Where can i get a decent Turbo for my Chevy Cobalt?

I can get you a turbo for well within your price range, but need to know if you have the SS or not. Depending on the year, some SS's were supercharged, some turbocharged. If you already have the turbo, it'll be much easier, but since you ask for a turbo, not an upgrade, I'm assuming you don't have the turbo.
