I am interested in buying a 2006 Chevy Cobalt LTZ sedan. I really like the appearance of the car but I'm not sure on how long it will last or if it's generally a good car because I hear japanese cars are better. Should I go with a Honda Civic 2007 or the Chevy and why? thanks for answering :)

it is a very good car, I have driven one and my cousin has had one for about three years, its also an 06. There are cars that are better, but they will not give you the same amount of power as a cobalt. Also the cobalt is better on gas than alot of others. I have also driven a Mazda3 and it was no where near as good as a cobalt. Its also quiet comfortable, and reliable.

Cobalts are good on gas mileage and reliability. I love when people say Honda's are better, when they live in the states. Most are built in Marysville, Ohio. Ha, ha.

When I first heard of the Cobalt, I didn't think a lot of it or care for it's appearance. But it's grown on me since then. I wouldn't mind having one myself!
