Whats the best way to lower the back end of a 2010 factory Chevy Silverado?

I have had this done before on my 2009 but didn't do myself. I want to lower back of truck so it sits level. I thought you just had to take the blocks out of the back, but maybe there is other stuff too it? I Just want the truck to sit level, i am not going to be towing or hauling heavy stuff does any know what the pieces are called I need or is it in fact you just take the blocks that are on there out ?
