whats the best engine i can put in my '66 chevy nova?

i want to put an engine in it thatll wake the neighbors. any advice??

Get you a 454 with two 650 holley carbs with headers and straight exhaust turned down before the back tire. Match that up to a turbo 400 transmission you'll have the cops called every time you crank it. And you'll need wings because that damn thing gonna fly.
