What year is this chevy silverado?

I'am interested in the silverado shown in the pic below but i wanna know what year it is so when i get my truck i know what year to look for. please & thanks.

oh & if you know how many inches the lift kit is please tell me cause i want mine lifted too ! & how big are the tires & rims? i actually want mine very similar to the picture . thankss :]

Thats a 2002 Chevy silverado 2500 and those look to be like 40 or 44 inch tires with atleast 20 inch wheels. He's runnig a 10 inch lift atleast
