I just have the cd/radio that came with the truck. My birthday is around the corner and i would like to get a new one in a cheap range. I would like to have an easy ipod access.right now im just using the cigarette lighter and its not convenient. another question,which is most likely going to sound stupid but, does a head unit improve the sound? Or wouldnt that be an all around system/wires/speakers change? And most likely very expensive..?
