What size radio, based on DIN, would fit my 2005 CHEVY MALIBU?

I'm Afraid To Buy A New Car Stereo And Was Wondering If Anybody Could Help???
 
You can install either a single-DIN or double-DIN head unit into a 2005 Malibu if you use the right mounting kit. In 2005, the Malibu was available in the new body style or a "Malibu Classic" version. Make sure you know which type you have before you buy the adapter kit, because they use completely different parts.
