I have a 1999 Chevy Cavalier 4-Door sedan, automatic. Every time I start it sometimes I have a little trouble it makes a terrible sound kind of like a loud scratching sound. I thought maybe it was my starter so I replaced it, but it continued. Sometimes it takes three or four tries to start it and I have to pump gas into the engine. I thought it was the battery and I replaced that but it wasn't the problem.
So I had a friend take a look at it and he thinks it is the fuel injector or something along that line and I was wondering if anybody knew how much that would cost?
