I'm about the change the brake pads on my IROC & I'm not too sure which brand brake pads came on my car out of the factory. The only thing I do know is that 4 disc brake set on my car is part of the IROC-Z performance set up from out of the factory. If anyone knows of the name brand for sure let me know. Thanks.

Measure the rotors. If they are 10.5" then you have the "non-performance" delco morraine brakes. Most 1988 cars had these brakes unless you were one of the lucky few that had 1LE brakes with 11.6" rotors and aluminum PBR Calipers.

I'm doing a write up on these brakes at www.gmbrakes.org as I got stuck with an 88 Iroc without the performance brakes too.

another 3+ year old thread, measure the rotors mean the diameter of the rotor
