It is the fuel pressure sensor. This must be your lucky day, they are usually located on top of the fuel tank but on your model it is located on the canister valve. Check your wiring for that also. I don't really see these sensors go bad. Also, if you have damage fron mice, then you will have more damage in other areas. Usually they like to sleep on top of the engine & chew up fuel injector wires.
The FTP sensor has 3 wires to it.
