there is no p/s fuse, unless the vehicle is equipped with electronic power steering, fords are doing this but i think that you have another issue possible pump failure or rack and pinion. check p/s fluid do you hear a whine under the hood, or notice any leaks, if the pump and or reservoir are empty that could be a problem. id have a tech look at it
