I'm looking to add this mod to my 700r4 auto/OD transmission. It's for my 88 IROC-Z 350. I heard from alot of 3rd Gen. guys that this is a good mod to install for making the transmission stronger & more durable. My tranny runs great & I am on 135,xxx miles right now. I don't drive my car hard all the time but sometimes I race.
What are your opinions & is this a solid buy for me? Do I need to buy anything else to go with it?
I plan on ordering a Console Megashifter shift kit by B&M product # 80692. It is made for the 82 to 92 Camaro's/Firebirds. Will this Corvette servo work well with this application?
