What car would win in a quarter mile?!?! Corvette vs. Camaro?

What car would win, a 1989 Corvette with 82k miles and up-kept well, or a 2002 Chevy Camaro convertible with over 100k miles.

Spec wise,
The Camaro has a v6 that puts out 200 hp at 5,200 rpm.
It's 3,524 lbs and has no upgrades besides being automatic.

The Corvette has a v8 with 245 hp at 4,300 rpm.
It's manual, 3,269 lbs and other than that is base..

What would win? Knowledgeable answers would be great.

Without a rear gear ratio, I'm gonna have to say the Corvette, as it has the advantage in both hp and weight, plus it's power comes on 900 rpm sooner. But If the Corvette is geared high for a high max speed, then the Camaro could actually pull it out.
