What are the wires under the driver seat of a chevy cobalt?

Theres two wires, one is hooked into something, and the other one has no place to go...Where is it suppose to go?
this is under the driver seat of a chevy cobalt "05"
I don't have power seating, so what is it where does the other wire plug in?

A Cobalt may have heated seats,but they do not have power seats.
